Crashes on open, developers ignore

App is supposed to work on iOS 5.0 or higher as described in the App Store, yet both the iPhone and iPad versions crash on iOS 6 upon opening.

I emailed the developers weeks ago about this, yet they dont respond to emails.

As of this date, I bought both versions for iOS 6, yet they dont even open.

Its a good looking product that wont open. I would give this 5-stars if theyd at least respond to my email.
